Processing typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days for production

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International:

  • 7–15 business days (may vary by destination)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

4. Order Tracking

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact the shipping provider for assistance

Aquila is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.

However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
